Cardinal Construction Inc. was established and incorporated in 1994 to carry out various forms of construction management and general contracting services in Atlantic Canada. Since that time Cardinal has steadily grown to become one of the larger general contractors in Atlantic Canada with offices in Saint John, N.B. and Dartmouth, N.S. To date Cardinal has completed construction contracts in excess of $200 million.
Cardinal performs construction services in the institutional, industrial, and commercial industries in many forms of contractual arrangements. Our projects range in value from a few thousand to several million dollars. The philosophy at Cardinal is to provide every client with professional, high quality work, on time and on budget, regardless of project size. Cardinal provides these services with our highly trained and professional field and office staff, using the latest in computerized construction estimating, scheduling and cost reporting technology.
We pride ourselves in our capability of providing clients with meaningful input during the design development phase of a project. A few of the many examples of this are using innovative construction materials and methods to achieve positive results on project cost and scheduling, or advise regarding space requirements for different business applications. Our in-house expertise also allows us to provide design/build, project/construction management, or lump sum contract arrangements, whichever is best suited to our clients needs.
